KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work well in a fast-paced, evolving, business environment.
- Facilitate the coordination of Goldline’s growing precious metals Sales Department.
- Under minimal direction, ability to coordinate and execute administrative and routine tasks.
- Superb time-management, multitasking skills, and great attention to detail.
- Serve as a liaison between Sales and all other departments.
- Provide information and support to our Sales Account Executives ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures.
- Assist in the training of newly hired Sales Account Executives.
- Assist in the trade settlement process and the sales lead and account distribution system.
- Draft correspondence including memos, letters and reports.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree preferred.
- Prior sales support or administrative experience required.
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
